Tax law is the technical anchor of LCC Tax & Legal
It is from that foundation that we analyse each situation, define the strategy and provide integrated advice on patrimonial, family and business matters in both domestic and cross-border contexts.
Our starting point is always the same: understand before acting. In advisory work, that means understanding the client's objectives, motivations and context before building any solution because a technically correct structure that is misaligned with the client's reality is not a good solution. In disputes, it means mapping the problem with rigour, identifying the weaknesses of the position and defining a strategy before taking any step.
We are direct about what we find - opportunities and risks alike - and we follow every matter with technical rigour and an attention to detail we do not compromise on. Because in tax law, the details are rarely irrelevant and are frequently decisive.
The practice has a direct structure: clients work with Luísa Casimiro da Costa across every matter, with full responsibility and continuity from start to finish. The goal is to act as a trusted advisor over time — not only at moments of transaction or change.
All work is guided by confidentiality, discretion and professional responsibility.
